Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintaining customer records and ensuring all interactions are documented properly.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and handling various software applications.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Additional Details:

The position offers a maximum pay of $22 and a minimum pay of $19 per hour.
